Everyone is so nice and amazing. Both of my children see providers here and are happier here than with any other place, even helped us understand our kids better. Definitely an improvement since they have been going here.
I’ve been trying for 5-6 weeks to get an appointment with a lady named Brandy who always answers the phone. I’ve talked to her at least 6 times…apparently the referral was messed up. But I’ve called my insurance about 4-5 times to fix it. Every time I call there is still something wrong with it or she didn’t get anything. How come you guys don’t fight for me at all?
