Gino does great work, is certifiable and a trustworthy contractor.
adcap construction built a flat roof deck house for me. I now have a roof that has 2 inches of water on it all day everyday 365 days a year. I am in terror as it is a brand new house and this is not normal. I was told when I interviewed that he was an expert roofer and could do the roof deck. they installed an additional deck above the first which just drains down to the first (the actual roof) so does nothing. they put the deck boards directly on the plywood so all the screw holes just rot the wood and drain to first deck--... read more
