Well organized, friendly staff...making an otherwise tense moment a relaxed and efficient exercise. I'm confused by the negative reviews here as I can't even think of one negative aspect to my experience today.
Absolutely fantastic! They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire surgery. They communicated well with my family and made sure I was feeling great. I have yet to have a bad experience at any ADC facility.
Awful wait time. Procedure was supposed to start at 10:30AM and noon now and we are still waiting. Lacking of planning is evident at every level.
