I had an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I have natural 4C hair, and they handled it with such care and expertise. BEWARE - Do not go here. They make up prices as they go. After washing my hair the wash lady said she has to charge me an extra $10 for deep conditioner but had a bottle of leave-in conditioner in her hand that was almost empty. I refused the service. Then when I sat in chair to get blow dried, the stylist said extra $10 to detangle. My hair wasn't tangled. So I said don't worry about it I will just pay for the wash. They still charged me $40 for just the wash when normally its supposed to be $40 for wash and press. I left w... read more
They put some type of texturizer in my daughters hair which causes it to smell like a perm after every wash, her hair is damaged especially around her edges, her natural curl pattern is gone and her hair color has changed. Now I am having to trim out the texturizer little by little because of the damage! Please make sure you are watching what they putting in your children hair and or bring your own products! Soo upset because I’ve been going to them for years and my baby’s hair was healthy now it’s damaged!
