These stylists are wonderful. Please stop accusing them of putting relaxer in the shampoo or conditioner. They straighten w hi heat which loosens your curl pattern.
If i could give this place zero stars i would !!!!! They use some type of chemicals in their conditioner or shampoo and now my hair is falling out !!!! My hair will not return to its natural curl pattern and every time i run my hands through my hair globs of hair fall out !!!! I am sooooo angry
BE AWARE!!!! It is possible that they will put some kind of relaxer in your hair during the washing process and claim that it’s the new flat irons they use. You can’t tell me that some New flat irons you used will straighten naturally tight curly hair bone straight and after three washes the hair is still straight. The hair around the edges are still natural and somewhat curled, but the rest of the hair will not go back to its original state. I’ve been coming to Ada’s for maybe 6 years now. I’m from NYC we are big on going to Dominicans for my wash n set and doobie wrap. It’s bone straight, silky and healthy every time THEY HAVE NEVER RELAXED MY HAIR EVER I HAVE BEEN NATURAL FOR OVER 20 YEARS! They have never needed to “sneak” relaxer in to make my hair straight it is technique and heat that gets the job done!!!! I am never disappointed and honestly ….
