No tengo palabras para expresar lo rápido y eficiente que fueron, la señora que lava el cabello me dio una nostalgia tremenda haciéndome recordar a mi abuela, y no me quemaron el cabello!!! Shampoo lady needs customer service classes she is very rude. I understood every word you said about me in Spanish. That’s the reason I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else.

I went there to get my hair washed and my ends clipped. They put something in my hair to straighten it. I have natural hair and whatever that shampoo person put in my hair has taken away my natural pattern and every time I wash my hair it smells burnt. I took my own conditioner but she something else in my hair and i kept saying I don’t want any chemicals in my hair she was like no mami we don’t do that. She lied! I want to go up there and cuss her out but I will never return
