They didn’t use any try of heat protection on my hair and when I asked them to they said they didn’t have any. Then they proceeded to put an extreme amount of head on my hair just for a blow dry. The lady used a small comb on my hair and was combing from the roots to the ends (literally ripping my hair out). These are pictures of just few on my curls that broke off (this picture was taken only a week and a half after I went to them). My scalp was tender for weeks after that appointment.

Chica!! Si estás buscando un salón de belleza que te trate bien y te haga sentir en casa, ven ya!!. No tengo palabras para expresar lo rápido y eficiente que fueron, la señora que lava el cabello me dio una nostalgia tremenda haciéndome recordar a mi abuela, y no me quemaron el cabello!!! Shampoo lady needs customer service classes she is very rude. I understood every word you said about me in Spanish. That’s the reason I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else.
