I have been working for adaptive first,then help at home took over. Never work for this company. The pay is lousy. They have had 3 mangers since they took over 2 years ago. The communication is horrible. The only reason I have stayed is because of my client that I have been with for 4 years and I don't what her subject to more neglect for the the other aids they hire.

I Enjoy working with this company alot but there is a few hiccups with it and a few issues about clocking in over phone but amazing staff
