The caregivers are great unfortunately it is impossible to be able to get ahold of somebody at the office when you need help. But I am afraid that if I complain too much about not being able to contact the company that is supposed to take care of me while I am sick and terminal. If I complain they may just kick me out 4 complaining about not being able to contact the office. I have been working for adaptive first,then help at home took over. Never work for this company. The pay is lousy. They have had 3 mangers since they took over 2 years ago. The communication is horrible. The only reason I have stayed is because of my client that I have been with for 4 years and I don't what her subject to more neglect for the the other aids they hire.
