Couldn’t recommend Ken’s service enough! Couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my furnace, so he came out same day. Fixed it quick, offered me new or used parts, and even refigured my set up a bit in the utility room He clearly cares about the customer, trying to do what he thinks is best, not necessarily just for the biggest coin.
I was given Ken’s name on the coldest day of winter when we dove into the minuses really fast My furnace had gone out I had discovered it on my lunch break but was pretty positive that I could get it running again. I did everything I knew how to do. I checked the vent outside to make sure there was no snow. Turned off the power to the house hoping to reset the furnace but that didn’t work. Ken responded to my mother’s furnace repair in record time. A different company advised they unfortunately couldn’t get the part needed to get the unit operational for four days, and Ken was able to obtain the part and complete the repair within hours of our call! My mom was so nervous as the weather forecast predicted minus 20 degree temperatures overnight and throughout the next few days. Thank you so much, Ken. I have used adaptic heating a few times and have always been so impressed with the service, price, and how prompt the job gets done. I have recommended Ken to friends and they have also had great experiences. I plan to use adaptic again and would highly recommend them!
