I have managed home health for my mother for over a year. This company is really horrible. The PT aid (because they only send actual PT's every 30 days) was terrific. But scheduling and consistency of care is abysmal. They leave it to the therapists to contact patients the night before with their time. That's inefficient, but not horrible.
