I am new to Oregon and was visiting Hood River for the first time a few weeks ago with my wife. While she was getting a much needed massage, I decided to wander around this wonderful town. Had old Mac computer issues recently. Ross gave me great advice which, in fact, didn't benefit him economically. He later helped with software and some hardware issues. Definitely the place to go to in the area. I'll be back with any other questions or problems.

I was in a very bad situation with my laptop that I damaged causing me to be unable to operate my semi truck. I explained to Ross what I did and the problem with it and how this inoperative laptop was preventing me from working. He took the damaged unit and said he would do the best he could to get me back on the road 24 hrs later Ross called and said it done come pick it up.
