Rae and Royce are phenomenal. Their expertise with prosthetics combined with tremendous customer service and support is second to none. I'm a veteran that had hip revision surgery. In the process, I experienced some nerve damage and ended up with drop foot. My hospital sent a prosthetic specialist to fit me for a brace before discharge. The brace was very uncomfortable and was very limiting. After discharge I did some research and decided the xtern brace would probably fit my lifestyle much better. I called Adaptec and spoke with Rey. She was so kind and helpful. Royce and Rae have been the kindest most knowledgeable people in this field and just as people I have ever met!!! They have me up and going after my 6 grandkids again and I will never ever be able to repay them for their kindness and generosity!!!!
I have been seeing Royce and Clint at Adaptec for about 3 years and they have changed my life for the better in the most amazing ways. Before I found them, I had been to 4 different CPO's in the first 7 years after my BKA. All I got from them was 14 revisions on my BKA, limitations on my mobility, and a lack of hope that my prosthesis would ever be what I needed for my active lifestyle (I even traveled out of state for 2 clinics).
