Replace roof We signed a contract with a big name company (paid $3000 deposit), which we considered a save bet. But 3 days later, the salesman added $500 of his quote because the chimney needed some work. In addition, he did not respond our call. We decided to cancel the contract. When we searched the web, ADANAC had lots of good reviews. We picked it on our list. Project manager Kurt was the first one contacted with us. He came to our house next day. Roof replacement We had five companies do inspections and estimates and decided to go with Adanac. The work was done promptly, the roofers were very professional and we were very pleased with the results. They left the site very tidy each day. Dealing with Cody was a pleasure. I have already recommended Adanac to a friend to is looking to have some work done,

New Gutters Roof Cleaning+Repair Fabulous job! Adanac installed our tile roof 21 years ago and when we needed the build up of moss removed we called them to clean off the pieces of moss. While they were up there they noticed a few chipped or broken tiles. (Probably weather related damage after 21 yrs.) The expert workers he has new just how to repair and replace the tiles the very next day. We also were in need of new gutters. The miter joints were leaking badly. Adanac could help up there as well. roofing During this January's deluge, our roof sprung a leak ! Unable ourselves to get up to put on a tarp we were somewhat desperate. (As well, we were preparing to leave on vacation within a week.) Roof inspection for a leak Dan was so professional and took the time to hear my needs when I called in. We weren't sure if we had a roof leak. re roofing and gutters Our project began several years ago, 3 residence in our cul de sac got together and mentioned that their existing cedar shake roofs were starting to show their age and were nearing their end of life. New Roof & Gutters on our house Had this company re-roof our garage about 2 years ago. Work well done, staff pleasant. This job was more substantial. Good working relationship with Dan, the owner during site visit and estimating. Straightforward estimate, inclusive of everything. Price was fair and was for CertainTeed shingles. Some delays in getting started but once the work commenced it went smoothly.
