Contacted Adan Gas Services regarding the supply and fit of a water cylinder, as we were told we needed a replacement. Dan made time for us that day, came and had a look explained in detail what would be needed. Within less the 48 hrs after I contacted Dan the water cylinder has been replaced and installed and we had hot water again. Fantastic job completed yesterday! Old boiler and tank taken away removed and new combi boiler installed. Very punctual, friendly and efficient team! Went through everything with me and was all done in a day! Thanks, would highly recommend!
Dan serviced my parents boiler and fire and also fitted a new part to my radiator. He's reliable, quick to respond and a genuine nice guy. Highly recommend. Will be using him to service our boiler in the near future too.
Fantastic service from start to finish for my boiler replacement. The pre-visit phone call was helpful and allowed me to ask any questions ahead of time. I was kept up to date with regular updates and an accurate ETA the night before. They were punctual and started early, meaning all was complete by 11:30am. The team were thorough, and kept me in the loop throughout the work. Extremely professional, super tidy and thankfully very understanding - as my dogs wouldn't stop barking.
