Terrible
Man these folks NEVER call the day of your appointment they call when they’re ready then when you call them you get greeted with a attitude & get told I have to wait till 4:30…well guess what I waited till 4:30 AND STILL NO CALL!
They don’t answer the phone for nothing in the world .
The phone system is down I can’t speak to nobody at the Wic office then I come in and they’re on lunch and can’t nobody help me the they won’t give me the right phone number to call. I have twins. They gave me a card three days ago and said a nutritionist would call me it’s been 3 days and still no call. The card isn’t activated or anything this is crazy.
