I'm a current resident I have been out here since they opened. This new management does not communicate well with upcoming changes the property has gone down BADLY the breeze ways are filthy walls on the outside are filthy also hasn't have a good pressure wash in YEARS!!! trash is all on the ground, gate barley works. New leasing lady is very rude. They open and close the office when they choose too. Roaches are becoming a major problem even if your house is clean. Edward is the best maintenance man in this complex. My refrigerator was having technical issues and he handled it immediately. He is extremely professional and really knows his stuff!
1 Star I have lived at this property since it was first built, and unfortunately, the conditions and management have declined tremendously. I would not recommend moving here based on my experience. The apartments have a serious roach problem. The issue became bad enough that I had to spend my own money to hire an exterminator. Maintenance is also extremely slow when it comes to completing repairs, and the overall property is not kept clean or properly maintained. There are also ongoing issues with the entrance gate. The neighborhood is nice apartments are nice but the leasing office never open ever since they let the new people start working here. And the maintenance people don’t even bother asking them to come fix anything take them 3 months to fix it
