They are getting better, at least this time they didn’t try to upsell me on a fuel additive for an electric vehicle. This time I came in for a scheduled maintenance and the report was confusing under Additional Service Recommendations a Multi Point Inspection was needed, I thought that was a default item on every service call and it was a line item on the bill. My Tire light was on and driving Sharon nuts stopped by Happy Hyundai and within 5 mintues left with the light off with no cost! On a Saturday mind you! Thank you Courtney and Paul!!!!
