The new service center of happy Hyundai is really awesome. The staffs are good and very cooperative specifically Hannah,she took care of my issues very well. The waiting area is awesome and very relaxing with snacks and free hot drinks. I have been coming here before for the Wonderful service and I will be coming again in future. Keep doing good Guys
I was having problems with my battery light coming on and the car not starting. I called Happy’s Service department and they were so busy, they couldn’t get me in for 10 days!! I made the appointment because I needed the car fixed asap. My husband is going through cancer treatment and we needed our car. We decided to have the car towed there because we didn’t trust it to get there without breaking down on the way. I was not happy with Happy . When I used to go for an oil change, I could drive up and somebody would b right by my door to help me. I had to go in and nobody helped me for awhile. I am handicapped and it's hard for me to stand, but they didn't care, let me wait and finally after about 5 minutes did help me, but there was no customer service like there used to be, just short questions and answers, no smile.
