Had an oil change and some repairs done. Was some confusion about extended warranty but they looked into to make sure everything was right. Shoutout to Rich Allee, he went above and beyond. He was honest, courteous, and very helpful. Was a pleasant visit to Happy. Also, updates to the dealership are very nice.

Update: Very much appreciate that I now have a contact person at Happy - Mark Nelson - who has reached out to me to help us solve this problem. I look forward to working with Mark to help resolve this issue. It says a lot to me about this dealership that they do want to do right by the customer. Before we had owned our newly purchased used vehicle 30 days, it started having issues.
