Jacob was a great sales guy. Very attentive, not pushy, made arrangements for us to see the vehicle we were looking at on the hoist. Got the answers we needed what he couldn't do he got his manager to come and talk with us. Even after the sale we were able to call him and gat info about the city, that was over and beyond:). I followed up with the service advisor by phone to ask about a discrepancy on my bill. She checked into it and called back several days later and resolved the issue completely. All interactions were courteous and helpful. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle and the loaner vehicle while my Jeep was being serviced.
