I have used this company twice, in 2007 and in 2012. Each time, they were thorough and they worked very hard. They cleaned screens, replaced screens and made the widows appear crystal clear. They worked particularly hard on water stains from the sprinkler system. Would have them return in a heartbeat.
I own a house cleannig service and one of my clients uses Adams Window Cleaning, and she told me about how pleased she was with his services. I have referred him to another one of my clients who used his services, and she too was quite satisfied with the job performed. I make it my goal to partner with other service companies in order to send them referrals whenever possible. Based on my client's experience with Adam, I will continue to refer him to my clients whenever the need a window cleaner.
Adams window cleaning was a no show to come to my home for an estimate at a scheduled day and time. They failed to inform me of their inability to keep the appointment and did not return my follow-up phone call.
