Easy to make appointments. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Communication is quick and clear. I am very glad I found this office.
Terrible customer service
In a world where profit and efficiency get valued over health and patient education, THIS practice is a RARE find. This is not "drive-by" healthcare. I saw Megan McCrea. I learned more from her in 5 minutes than I have in many as a patient of a competing practice on the SS. The medical assistant was equally informed and informative. My exam was thorough, I felt like I was in a partnership to address and manage my health. Just the way it should be.
Adams Street Dermatology is a wonderful dermatology practice. Dr. McCarthy is knowledgeable, caring and an excellent doctor.
I'm so glad I found Adams Street Dermatology. Megan McCrea is thoughtful and knowledgeable, always able to quickly provide information and recommendations, regardless of the issue or question I ask about. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful, never leaving you sitting for long (whether on the phone, in the waiting room, or in the exam room). Sometimes dermatology questions can feel awkward or uncomfortable to ask about but I've never felt that way here. Would give 10 stars if possible!
