I had a few estimates to replace all of our upstairs windows. Most of the quotes were fairly the same, so we chose to use the local family company. What a mistake, we were quoted for the replacement of all 9 windows upstairs which included outside capping. All nine windows were replaced, but only seven windows were capped and the caulk job around the window was horrible.
