Dawn is very knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. She had great customer service. She’s willing to help anyone she can! Keep up the good work!
Dr. Adam's personality was pleasant. HOWEVER, if you are under an HMO plan be cautious. We saw Dr. Adam's & he did not have the know-how or technology to issue a referral using the Ins. Co. software. Gave a paper referral instead. Specialist would not accept this. Promised a proper referral by the office & never got it. Very old-fashioned office with no technology. We have to start over with another PCP. Exam rooms could have used a cleaning also. Will not be back.
Dr. Adams is very knowledgeable, caring and empathetic to the individual needs of the patient. I recommend him and his practice to new patients suffering with hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol. He really cares!
Dr. Selwyn Adams is quiet, very old school, not in control of his office! Which is very sad! Had went to him directly, about how RUDE! His receptionist is, he choose to not believe a patient. He really needs to take a little time, read comments on google under your name Dr.! Have seen quite a bit of comments, pertaining to the rudeness, of Patsy/Patty? In person at the office/on the phone. You seem you don't care! I will be logging a complaint against your office because of her.
