I would not recommend getting any medical equipment from Adams medical in Frederick md...My husband is on oxygen 24/7 and the first oxygen machine he got we lived in Frederick and had it 2 to 3 years without any service or tune up done at all they never even came out and changed a filter then we moved to Baltimore we lived here for 1 year before we had to call for service because machine stopped working after a lot of calling and arguing they came to Baltimore to fix machine then tried to charge us $50 for coming to Baltimore so when I ask for receipt to give to Medicare he said no I didn't have to pay him then he told us it was our fault the machine stopped working because we have pets and our house is dirty and dusty he said he gave us a brand new machine so now it been 2 months and the machine is broke again same thing as before and when I call Adams to come fix it again they said we had to bring it to them they refused to come back to Baltimore when I tried to explain it was their responsibility he told me to shut up he was not coming to Baltimore again so now my husband is stuck with no oxygen his oxygen level is down to 80% so now I have to take my husband to hospital I will also be calling BBB
