Her bedside manner was fine. The problem came about when I kept asking about lab results. forget about getting lab results in a timely manner. That wont happen, and the front desk receptionist had a attitude because I continue to ask about them. Its been 3 weeks and still have nothing. I called today they told me they will mail them instead of apologizing that it took so long and never asked if I wanted to come in and pick them up. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews however, Horrible experience! After moving to Augusta I was referred to Dr. Adams Picketts office for HRT. I didn’t mind having to wait about two months to be seen or not having access to an online portal or access to a billing/insurance person, however 3 months later I’m regretting my decision. My first appointment went well and I found Dr. Adams Pickett to be very knowledgeable and kind. I went for my second appointment and had a few concerns about billing and medications afterwards. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. Her and her office completely disregards insurance and expects you to pay out of pocket for services that is covered under insurance. Dr. Adam-Pickett has a nice nasty attitude along with her office staff. Wait times are terrible, you are moved from room to room and constantly waiting just to wait and wait. My last visit to her office I waited close to 45 minutes before I was seen. Definitely won't going back to her office, this was by far the worst experience I've wi... read more
Dr. Pickett is an amazing doctor. I credit her for saving my life as I had a complicated pregnancy and delivery. She took such great care of me in the hospital and made sure the hospital staff did as well. Can’t say enough good things about her level of care.
hands down the best doctor!!! very nice and calm, voice is very soft and calming. any time i have ever had a problem she got me right in. my delivery was the most calming experience.
She was there for me. She was there to handle the physical things of pregnancy, pregnancy loss, two deliveries and everything in between. She was there for me emotionally through the pain of losses and the joys of deliveries. She was there for me mentally when the fears and worries threatened to overwhelm and spiritually as a sister in Christ. I will always be thankful for her skills as a doctor and for her friendship and care.
I can’t say enough how amazing Dr.Pickett is! My experience today was out of this world. She actually listens to my concerns, she’s patient, caring, very knowledgeable and gentle with me. I am so blessed to have her as my OB! She made me feel like a priority and not a number. I highly recommend her services! You will not be disappointed! I’m so thankful to be her patient and blessed to have found her office! Love love love this office and staff!
Dr. Adams-Pickett is an amazing physician and the only OBGYN I've had experience with who I trust 100% to deliver the best advice & prenatal care possible. She truly listened to all of my concerns with thoughtfulness and compassion, and went above and beyond to address each and every concern I discussed with her. On top of that, she truly loves what she does and cares about the infants under her care and delivery. Her staff is consistently courteous and respectful. My only regret is not finding her until my second pregnancy.... read more
I’ve seen plenty of OBs and such with my years of infertility, I am so grateful Dr. Adams-Pickett was the one to deliver my daughter. She is so kind and understanding of any question or concern you may have. I highly recommend her!
