Halfway through my contract, I changed my phone number, and forgot to update my number with Adams. By the time I remembered, the contract had expired and I had missed the last 2 of 4 quarterly visits/sprays. When I called to inquire about the status of my contract, they informed me that they had tried to contact me, but that the number had changed. No letter. No visit. Mr. *********'s contract had expired when he finally contacted us to provide updated information and it had been 9 months since his last service. We did try to setup an appointment but as you can imagine,waiting so long meant that we would have to start over from the beginning. This meant to us another full inspection and another initial appointment which requires additional product that would not have been necessary had we been able to provide our quarterly services.
