It would be difficult for me to be less happy with the service Adam's provided. When we signed up for a week of trapping outside, we assumed they meant a week. I now understand the business model they follow is 4 days or 3 days if it suits them. They put traps in our yard on a Monday around 5pm and picked them up Friday morning before 8 am. I have sent emails and called the office to speak w a manager. I was hoping to understand why I was billed for a full week when that was not what we received. Technician was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He wore a mask and gloves which we appreciated. I pointed out a couple of areas where Spiders are especially bad and he sprayed the area again.
Called Adam's out for some bugs. The guy on the phone said he would send a contract for me to look at, and that the tech would call first. Tech came out, did t address my issues, sent me a bill, then sent the contract, in that order. I called and asked to speak to somone about this, still havent heard back. I will be calling my credit card and telling them this is not an authorized charge as i never agreed to the terms and will not be signing the contract as it doesn't cover much besides boxed elder bugs and ladybugs.
Josh and Andy have both done an outstanding job for us with our mice issue. They listen to the issues and have done an excellent job explaining to us how mice live in homes. Expert advice and service. I would highly recommend Adams for pest control! They provide "peace of mind".
Nick from Adam’s Pest Control has really helped us with our mouse problem! He is like a dog with a bone & is extremely thorough! He doesn’t stop until he finds the entrances & patches them up. He gave us great advice to follow int he future to avoid pests. He is VERY professional yet kind & friendly. We appreciate him & highly recommend him!

We have had nothing but fantastic service from Adam's Pest Control. We have used them for a number of years. They come out quarterly but are available anytime you need them. Duane is our technician and he is the bomb! I have had all mice removed from our home- inside and out including the garage (and we live by a pond so that's saying something). Our mosquito problem was so bad we could not even go out in our yard with out being attacked. Adam's Pest Control came out and sprayed for us. After just one application we were able to walk around in our yard without being bothered or bitten. It is finally nice to have a yard again. I will let my friends and neighbors know.

Watch out! These people are cold-calling in the face of the Do Not Call List! I just received a call. I would never trust someone who does that.
