I agree. Th ere are roaches, bedbugs and Lord knows what else. The tech from Orkin, I swear uses sugar water and not pest control. With the bedbugs, he uses the same stuff to control them. I have been through this a few times. There is a 4 hour wait after the application before I can reenter my apartment for bedbugs. This tech, no wait. So what is going on with this tech? This is a good program but much needs to be improved on. There are cockroaches everywhere and Orkin sprays less than 30 seconds when called in. Some have bedbugs. Although they have security on sometimes, people are still getting mugged or stabbed in the parking lot and last week a man was raging in my hall over an hour threatening to kill everyone. Many called the police and they finally arrested him after he assualted a guy in the elevator, then went to Walgreens where the cops showed up.
