Joe is knowledgeable, skilled, personable and conscientious. Although prices have increased, it's not Adams Overhead Door's fault. They still managed to come in lower than the competition.
I had a broken spring on my garage door and Adam’s Overhead Door was able to come out the next day and get it fixed for a reasonable price. Easy to communicate with and they are a REAL company, not like the other garage door companies that are scams listed as a Durango business.
When my garage door decided to randomly open on its own - I was able to call AOD and they were here the next morning! Appreciated the 10 min out phone call to know they were on their way. Tristan was super great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly determined what the problem was and how to fix it. My wall switch had gone out and he had a new one to replace it on his truck. Not only did he replace the wall switch, he reprogrammed my two remotes and re-synced the motion sensor light. A snowplow ran into my garage door, creating a quite distinct dent. Of course, the owner of the company offered to pay for a repair, but the issue was that these doors are no longer made and the front of the door contains a unique texture. I called Joe from Adams Overhead Door and he came out to look at it. He assured me that his guy Shawn was a true artist and could easily patch the door. In fact, Sean did a great job matching the design texture precisely.
