We’re remodeling our home, our architect recommended Daniel, and we could not be more pleased. Our (apparently rare) antique stained glass got damaged by movers, and we wondered if it COULD be restored, let alone effectively. Daniel did more than that. He repaired the glass itself and then had it framed even more beautifully than before. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They took a transom and two sidelights from my door to relead. The two sidelights they returned have hideous craftsmanship and are eyesores that look like I tried to do it myself with the help of a toddler. Their business practices also lack integrity and professionalism. I contacted Daniel several times to request progress pictures but he ignored my request and told me I would see them when he brings them back. Very good experience with Daniel and his team. He had awesome suggestions and was honest in his assessment of what we needed to do in order to showcase our stained glass piece. Highly recommend!
Update (June 2021) - This is an update to our earlier review of Adams Morgan Stained Glass Window: More than 28 months since Mr. Wolkoff removed from our home—under agreement to restore—our historic transom window and following our repeated but ultimately failed attempts (directly and via Court-appointed arbitrators) to resolve the matter, we are reluctantly but patiently awaiting our day in DC Civil Court for a ruling and the inevitable return of our property.
