I wanted to share my positive experience in working with Daniel Goldon Wolkoff of Adams Morgan Stained Glass. I first connected with Daniel in September 2024 when we began the process of selling my grandparents' longtime home in Cliffside Park, NJ. The house was built in 1905 and featured a small stained glass window above a brass mail slot. We’re remodeling our home, our architect recommended Daniel, and we could not be more pleased. Our (apparently rare) antique stained glass got damaged by movers, and we wondered if it COULD be restored, let alone effectively. Daniel did more than that. He repaired the glass itself and then had it framed even more beautifully than before. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They took a transom and two sidelights from my door to relead. The two sidelights they returned have hideous craftsmanship and are eyesores that look like I tried to do it myself with the help of a toddler. Their business practices also lack integrity and professionalism. I contacted Daniel several times to request progress pictures but he ignored my request and told me I would see them when he brings them back. Very good experience with Daniel and his team. He had awesome suggestions and was honest in his assessment of what we needed to do in order to showcase our stained glass piece. Highly recommend!
