I was pleasantly surprised, never been to Adams Mill, kept getting it confused with Mill on the River. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, the ambience was warm and rustic with a subtle quintessential New England charm. My grilled salmon was cooked to perfection not too dry, not too wet just right, and the prime rib was a succulent piece of culinary artwork at its best, we ended with an apple cranberry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream and a cup fresh dark roasted coffee. Superb!!!

We stopped for lunch on a road trip. Nice menu and the food was good. The atmosphere is warm with lots of neat old things to look at. I order a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. A waldorph came out which was quickly corrected. Large fresh salad with a nice white balsamic. Husband had a CT lobster roll which was good but had a few shells pieces which is why it wasn't a 5. Server was attentive. Would go back.
Waitress was so friendly and service was great!! The filet mignon medallions were to die for!!
