Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, selection and attention to detail! Tiffany was great.
Their pledge that the customer satisfaction is important is worthless. The owner did not respond to how the installation team screwed up, just delegated to another sales rep - who admitted to knowing little about the problem and then repeatedly said he didn't understand my concern. The little blue cards included with their correspondence which state the owner wants to hear about satisfaction concerns might as well be toilet paper.
