I have mixed emotions sharing the great experience I had with Adams Memorials, but because of the way Tiffany Butera treated me with both kindness and respect, I am willing to write this review. When my wife passed away, I was dealing with Leverenz Memorial in Danville. When I purchase my wife's marker, Mr. Leverenz promised me to clean the two-family markers beside my wife's grave. Adams Memorials has an amazing selection of markers and layouts to choose from. Donna was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in helping us make the right choice. She really took time to listen to our concerns and ideas and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted.
Such a difficult time was made so much less difficult with the assistance of Tiffany Butera at Adams Memorial. She was so patient with all my questions. Even drove to the cemetery with me to look at our spot. She was very knowledgeable and gave me so many suggestions and advice really help me make decisions that obviously are one of the hardest especially for one with the death of a child. Absolutely worst experience you could get. Would not recommend ever spending money here because you’ll get nothing but lies too and cheated over. Spent thousands over a year ago and have had the situation escalated directly to the owner and was told after waiting this long it would be 2 weeks. Going on a month later and still nothing. When telling the owner that neither my rep who sold us it and the manager have never kept in contact he said they told him otherwise. Very clear that even his management is lying to him.
