When the waiting room gets full they send them to the back to wait and the staff is all over. Can’t take care of anyone because they run around giggling with each other. I’ve been sitting in this hospital for 5 hours and haven’t seen one doctor after the nurses keep saying he’ll show. Really! If anyone reads this go to a different hospital please for your own safety! 7 years ago they missed a tumor on my brain and since then my life has been ruined thank you dr. Lui by the way. Billing Department has consistently misbilled. I learned my lesson once due to their overbilling/misbilling. But this continues. Service is great but billing is terrible.
