Ridiculously rude to my fiancé, prices jumping all over the place, went from $700 for a band alone then to $1,400. Felt like I was scammed even without doing business. Wouldn’t do business. Was just interested in “seeing my diamond I have”. It’s a 1 karat round. Why does that change what kind of band you can provide me. I would probably have had my diamond swapped. No thanks.

What can I say? The Adams are the most honest and helpful jewelers I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been using their services and buying jewelry for them for the last 15 years they’re like family.
I needed a new wedding due to my previous one not fitting anymore and since it was titanium it could not be resized. They were very helpful and had a great selection and I found a great new band. They will be my go to for all things jewelry and repair. Thank you for your assistance.
I had my wife's wedding and engagement rings resized and polished and they did an amazing job with a quick turn around. Everyone always compliments her on how brilliantly shining and clean her rings are - they'll always be my go to from here on out.
