I have used Adam‘s Jeweler many times for repairs to gold jewelry, diamond ring, replacing watch straps and watch batteries, and cleaning rings. This week they helped provide appraisals for 12 jewelry pieces for me to add them to my home insurance policy coverage. Their knowledge and expertise is superb!

Brought my watch here for a second opinion on a repair job after another vendor had the watch for a week and quoted more than the price of the fossil watch. The gentleman behind the counter at Adams’ tested the battery and oiled the gears, had it back up and running in under 10 minutes for less than $20. I’ll be bringing my other watches here when they need some TLC

Ridiculously rude to my fiancé, prices jumping all over the place, went from $700 for a band alone then to $1,400. Felt like I was scammed even without doing business. Wouldn’t do business. Was just interested in “seeing my diamond I have”. It’s a 1 karat round. Why does that change what kind of band you can provide me. I would probably have had my diamond swapped. No thanks.

What can I say? The Adams are the most honest and helpful jewelers I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been using their services and buying jewelry for them for the last 15 years they’re like family.
