This is my third year living at Adam’s House in Oxford, Ohio. The staff is incredibly sweet, friendly, and always willing to help, which makes the place feel very welcoming. Maintaince is quick to respond to rectify the issues. The room is cute, well-designed, and has plenty of space for everything I need. The kitchen, walk in closet, and bathroom are separate from the room so it gives you the feeling of living in 1 bed apartment!! Hung out
Conveniently located about a block from Miami's Campus and pretty affordable for the area. Has water, internet, and heat included in the rent. The apartment was clean when I moved in and has nice wood floors. Maintenance requests were always completed the same or next day and landlord is very responsive. For a small apartment you get a surprisingly large amount of closet space. Off street parking. Perfect for grad students, seniors, and anyone else who wants to live alone.
