I built a house with Adams Homes. I won't go into detail but right before we were to close, we couldn't pass the plumbing inspection. They had to dig up under the foundation of my new home to fix the problem. I feel like that was a major error on their end. That set us back weeks. The toilet was all scratched up where they tried to desperately get it to work. But my biggest complaint is that they do not honor the warranty. i bought a house from adams homes in january of this year. salt water was flowing from all the faucets. later from watering with water, the grass disappeared. after hurricane milton, 4 sq.

Still the same low quality in workmanship and finished. I had the opportunity to visit in June '24 a 2.5 year old house ( practically almost new ) for sale...the big disappointment was to see how easy it was to lift the kitchen counter maybe 2/3 inches without any effort ( with my bare hands ) not enough glue or they forgot to nail it ) I don't have the right answer regarding this Adams Home but now, I understand why they have several complaints within the BBB in Florida....!
