I bought an Adam's home Pros: brick home, sidewalks, Street lights, warranty repairs. Con: interior walls have no R35.50 insulation therefore you hear noises like running water. Heat or cold interior walls , cheap cabinets cheap countertops. Cheap flooring.
Before signing a contract and giving them a check, we were told there were no HOA. We asked if we could park our boat beside the house and put up a fence. Of course they assured us we could. A few days later, they sent me HOA fees and a list of very strict covenants. They say we have to park our boat in the backyard. We do not recommend Elliott. We are getting our money back based on false advertisement.

I have see alot of bad reviews but My experience with Brittany She's such a sweetheart. She help me with anything I called her to ask and it she don't she would find out and get back to I don't close as yet but can't wait to move in .
