Pay for an inspection! Very cheap materials. Their contractors move survey stakes and don’t put them back. Of course my property line shrunk after paying for a new survey. So many rips and nicks in the flooring. Floors are ripped under every single light fixture. Every light plate switch cracked. Missing screws in fixtures.
