As a person who purchased a home from Adam‘s home in 2020, the end of 2020. It was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my entire life. These houses are built with nothing but garbage. We've constantly had issues since moving in at the end of 2020. Today, our septic system failed, ultimately a brand new home. A septic system is supposed to last between 15 to 20 years.
