Poor workmanship, poor quality products, no communication, hidden fees, changes made to your home without prior notification or approval. Will definitely not recommend or use again.
Unwilling to help after building my house with Chinese drywall. Had to hire an attorney.
They used iron pipe on the hose bib in 2002, and today it's rusted completely through and looks like 100 year old pipe. I now have a big hole on my dining room wall to get access to the piece so I can replace it. Way to cut corners, Adams Homes.
