UPDATE: It keeps getting better & better... We received a call, out of the blue and apparently we are entitled to a free one year service with a new unit installation. I scheduled the appointment, the tech Steve showed up and he too was awesome and very helpful. We are so happy we found Adams!!! We had an awesome experience with Adams. Tom, Will & Ken were my installation team. I found them extremely professional, very knowledgeable about how the systems work together as well as all aspects of installation. They were prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with. P.S. Terry was my Project Coordinator and is one of the main reasons I decided to go with Adams. Terry was very knowledgeable, honest and felt I could rely on his guidance as to the best system to meet my needs.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Austin S and Adam‘s heating and cooling. As we were leaving for our summer vacation last week our air conditioning system stopped working. We called Adam’s and they assured us that they could have a technician come out as soon as we returned home. On returning home today - to a very warm house- Austin came promptly and Immediately began to identify the problem with the system. We were very pleased with the service provided by Adams from the salesperson, Cliff K, to the heating unit installers Luis C and Ken H. Cliff was on time, friendly and professional. Luis C and Ken H were very respectable of our home. They explained exactly what was done and showed us where the unit controls were located and who to contact if there were any issues or general questions. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend Adams and contact them again for any future business!
