Our experience with Adams was great from start to finish. Brian came to our home, discussed what our needs were (new furnace and air conditioner), inspected our current equipment, and gave us an estimate. It was much lower than the other two estimates we had received, using top-of-the-line equipment. We're very happy with our new heater. The people at Adams were friendly and helpful. They worked at trying to fix our 25 year old heater. When it became evident it couldn't be fix they gave us estimates for all the options we wanted to consider. Their estimates were reasonable. On the day of installation the crew was considerate and made sure we knew all about our new equipment.
