I was so impressed that the technician put foot covers on to come inside my home. I got a text when he was on his way and absolutely was delighted to see a photo of who was coming. Matt was very patient explaining my options to me and answering my questions. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase a new unit as the last company did. Your crew installed in 2025, its currently inop in 1 year. Its low on refrigerant, and from a call they said its out of warranty. Also I never received the warranty registration on the system for the 10 year warranty on the system. Can you please contact me today so I can give you guys an accurate review on your company.
