First time user! I was very impressed! Matt G was very professional, and knowledgeable, but easy to talk to. He checked out my system quickly and thoroughly. My cool air was restored. He told me about other services the company has. My main surprise was the invoice that was emailed to me. I’ve never seen such a detailed and informative invoice in my life! It explained everything that was checked, repair that was done, and all warranty information. Priceless! My new go-to!

Adam's Service performed a standard service call last week on my sunroom's Mitsubishi mini-split. The service call was about an hour and the cost was $129. They said they needed to return to clean the condenser and fan, which would cost me another $500. I assumed it would require a couple of techs on ladders to remove and drop the inside unit, but the same tech returned alone. He took 2.5 hours and cleaned the unit out, removed and cleaned the fan, and cleaned up the rest in place. The job added no parts and removed none, bu... read more
