Bobby from Adams Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job! He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue with my AC and took the time to make sure everything was carefully checked. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood the problem and what needed to be done. I’m confident they’ll do an even better job resolving my duct issue. Highly recommend! I'm torn on my experience with Adam's but I'm certainly not pleased. I had one of their professionals come out and the entire process upfront was great but the diagnosis and conclusion he came up with was just terrible. It didn't make sense to even me and another company came and confirmed my suspicions. He said my blower motor was dysfunctional despite it working correctly and missed the very obvious condensor coil leak that the other company easily found. Matthew is just awesome. After two days of no air conditioning we were thrilled he arrived on time and fixed it very quickly. He is a genuinely kind person and knows his stuff inside and out. HIGHLY recommend him! Keep up the good work!

Mat, our service technician carried on the excellent service. We’ve always experienced with Adams. Our whole family uses them for HVAC and heating problems and have never been disappointed.
