We found out yesterday that our AC doesn’t run, so called Adams this morning and they squeezed us in on the first 90 degree day this season! Josh was our tech, and he was prompt, gave a quote in the price range we kind of expected, explained what was wrong, went and got the part real quick, fixed it up and got us cooled off before noon! My husband and I will be recommending your company to everyone around town! Thanks for wonderful service!!
I called and Adam's about our furnace that stopped working. They had someone here within 10 minutes (they are right down the street from me - but it was still awesome!). They had to order parts and said it may be a couple of days - the next day they had a guy out to do the repairs. Both guys that came by were super nice, the woman who answered the phone was super nice - just all around great! Thank you!!
Adam’s came out within 2 hours on a Saturday to fix my A/C during an excessive heat warning. Once they found the issue they had the part on them and had it fixed and running within a few minutes! Truly great customer service, I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Adams just replaced our furnace and they were quick. We've used them for service for years and they always provide fast, efficient and honest service. I'm glad to support a locally owned Parchment area business and they certainly support us when we need them most.
Robert was here within two days of me calling and asking him to quote a new furnace for us. I received his proposal two days later. He made a special trip on a Saturday to go over everything with me and explain the process. he never tried to upsell me on anything and explained his products and services very well.
