Sad business for a “jeweler”…… Took items into the store for him to repair. He gave me a timeframe when the items would be ready for pick up. I came in way after the timeframe he originally gave me. And he hadn't even started on anything - he lied to me and told me one item was done - but he was “too busy to wait on me”. No one else was in the store. Honestly this place should not be allowed to remain open. Dennis, the owner is the rudest person I’ve met in quite some time. He is insulting, degrading, and more than unprofessional. He vocally degrades nurses, other businesses, and will treat you as though you are a burden to even be in his presence. If this man is on the phone when you walk in (personal phone) he will blatantly ignore you and continue his conversation.
