This is the ONLY way to sell a house, in my opinion! For $999, Chip provided professional pictures, the MLS listing, a sign and lockbox. We saved over $48,000 by using AFRE!!! Chip made the process painless and most importantly, cheap! In our situation, instead of the $34k+ in commission I would have paid, the whole process cost me $1250. We found a buyer that did not have a realtor so we paid Chip his fee...and that was it. Of course you still have all the fees from the title company but that only amounted to a couple more thousand dollars. Selling a $570k home with commission and fees in the $3-5k range was glorious.
