RecommendedWithin a few hours of me calling to replace a broken garage door spring, a service technician was here and had parts on hand to replace both springs. He also replaced both door gaskets for us as well as they were quite worn. Other places I called were at least a week out. I really appreciated the incredibly prompt service, having parts on hand in the truck and the friendly gentleman with a warm smile.
My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called first thing Monday morning and they had a technician here within a couple of hours. Great customer service from both Jim and the technician. I highly recommend them.

After trying to get bids from a number of garage door companies with little/slow response, Jim from Adams came to give ours a look that very night. He went out of his way to come in the evening since my hubby and I work 8-5 each weekday. Door was installed and works great! Thank you Adams Door Inc.!
We have used them 3 times over the past several years - the first time we called them for repair because their sticker was on the garage door when we purchased the house. Since then, we call them because they have always been punctual and courteous, and provided same day service. Jim Lance is not a man of his word
I think their service must have improved over the last couple years based on what I'm reading here. We had very prompt and professional service. I called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to assess my door issue. The tech was able to at least make the door work manually as an interim fix. Parts needed were in only a few days later and all was working as it should be. Minor hiccup after the fix, but again, they were there promptly the same day and had that fixed. I had an appointment in which they showed up 20minutes late to. When arrived the gentleman didn’t even knock or let me know he had arrived. I just heard my garage door go down. I walked out into the garage to say hello and the gentleman didn’t even turn around to say hi! I called this company as I’m new to the area and their sticker was on the garage, but I’ll be calling another company for any future garage door needs!
Expected more! Garage door wouldnt shut. House 1yr 11 months old and the sensor eyes went out already. Said i would get half off service call and they would call with whats wrong BEFORE fixing. After me calling 3 times to find out whats wrong they told me its fixed and the VERY RUDE service lady tells me she has no price even though they were there by 9am. Im sure they will just charge my card without a phone call back. Never will use them again

We apologize for the internal confusion as we had people out sick that day and the lady you talked to had just gotten here. I'm sure you know by now but you were eventually charged even less than 1/2 a service call due to us not calling 1st as you had requested. Sorry for the confusion.
