We patiently waited **** weeks for a door that was promised to us in ****, that was promised to us would be "totally void of any texture," that was ordered in matte black, and that we made clear we absolutely needed to get through winter, as we will be fabricating cabinetry and cutting tile, etc, in the garage all winter- the door we have is old, uninsulated and literally falling off of the hinges. RecommendedWithin a few hours of me calling to replace a broken garage door spring, a service technician was here and had parts on hand to replace both springs. He also replaced both door gaskets for us as well as they were quite worn. Other places I called were at least a week out. I really appreciated the incredibly prompt service, having parts on hand in the truck and the friendly gentleman with a warm smile.
My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called first thing Monday morning and they had a technician here within a couple of hours. Great customer service from both Jim and the technician. I highly recommend them.

After trying to get bids from a number of garage door companies with little/slow response, Jim from Adams came to give ours a look that very night. He went out of his way to come in the evening since my hubby and I work 8-5 each weekday. Door was installed and works great! Thank you Adams Door Inc.!
Quick & Professional We were in a pinch when we called but they fit us right in and the tech got our door up and running right away. He was very professional and showed us how to avoid having the same issue again. Highly recommend!
We have used them 3 times over the past several years - the first time we called them for repair because their sticker was on the garage door when we purchased the house. Since then, we call them because they have always been punctual and courteous, and provided same day service. Jim Lance is not a man of his word
I think their service must have improved over the last couple years based on what I'm reading here. We had very prompt and professional service. I called Monday morning and they were out that afternoon to assess my door issue. The tech was able to at least make the door work manually as an interim fix. Parts needed were in only a few days later and all was working as it should be. Minor hiccup after the fix, but again, they were there promptly the same day and had that fixed. I had an appointment in which they showed up 20minutes late to. When arrived the gentleman didn’t even knock or let me know he had arrived. I just heard my garage door go down. I walked out into the garage to say hello and the gentleman didn’t even turn around to say hi! I called this company as I’m new to the area and their sticker was on the garage, but I’ll be calling another company for any future garage door needs!
