Worse office staff ever ! They Double Bill Insurance companies; The girls in the office are constantly asking for money whether or not your insurance pays at 100% or not. The Dentist is fantastic, but the girls in the office do not know what they are doing !

after a very bad experience with dr. gehardt in Parkville, mo, at dr adams today this dental office gave me hope again. it is to correct the disaster front teeth bridge that was done 2 years ago at gerhardt dental. I have a generic front teeth bridge that is at best a fair temporary. on top of taking away my smile, the girl behind the counter, jesse, at gerhardts broke the law, called my ex husbands home. we still have saved that message on my ex's phone she made. it is a violation of my patient privacy act. in dr. adams off... read more
