C therapist canceled the appointment 40 minutes before appointment time. Drove an hour in traffic to get to her. When we called to ask what happened, could we reschedule etc. she said “I’m in the middle of something” and hung up. Hopefully everything is okay with her- but obviously we will not be using her.
Ms. Ellen Adams is a caring, skilled clinician who uses an eclectic approach to ensure she provides the most appropriate care for her clients. As a person-centered, trauma informed therapist, Ms. Adams consistently demonstrates an above average ability to be relatable and to guide clients through the healing process.
Ms. Adams is a true professional! She listens intently, gives great feedback, and is very helpful! I would recommend her to anyone.
Ellen is a phenomenal therapist. She is very caring and nurturing and truly understands how to help those clients in need. She's very patient with helping clients to meet their goals and meets them where they are. I would highly recommend Ellen, you can't go wrong!
