Our salesperson, Beth Ciangaglini, was really helpful, patient, and informed. All of our questions were answered clearly and we felt taken care of during the entire visit. If most sales at Adams Auto are similar to this experience, you're in good shape.

Come prepared to spend the day. That's how long the salesman will spend with you if necessary. Adams wants you to be absolutely happy about your purchase.

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT ... Purchased 2 vehicles here and had no issues with Sales Team, but the Customer Service in the Service Dept. is HORRIBLE and it doesn't seem to bother them.
