I called Adams Backflow to sub out a repair for a commercial client - their office was helpful, they offered an upfront price to repair (i had to prepay but thats fine) they were able to rebuild the backflow the next day, called me on the way, provided pictures and the backflow test report (that was also filed with the city) and the price didnt change *****5 stars all the way
Stay away from this company. I send them a text asking them if they can do the backflow testing. They return my text after 3 weeks, send a guy to do the test in 2 weeks after they respond. "The mighty plumber" show up to my office with an attitude and I thank him for coming to look at my setup and invite him to take his tools and keep going for the day. What a experience !!!! I wish nobody will get the same from these folks.
