Drove 2 hours to picked up my daughters car that had been towed. They couldnt find the bill, stated I couldnt take my own vehicle. I was willing to pay an estimated amount just to get going. I said i was gonna load my car on the trailer and they threatened to call the police. I loaded the car, and then went back in to settle up and they had found the bill. Not happy with treatment of customer. This is my first ever online review.

My serpentine belt slipped off on the highway. I was able to limp in to the Adams parking lot. They made time for me right away even though they didn't know me and I had no appointment. I was hours away from home and would have been in big trouble without the help that they provided quickly, efficiently, and for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.
Bob at Adams has taken care of us our 3 daughters and their friends for years. Nothing but excellent service.
