RecommendedFriendly with great communication! I thought it would take days to fix my car. I arrived tonight to pick up a loaner and to my surprise they had my car fixed and ready to go! From towing my car from Fall Creek to repair was less 24 hours!

Promptness of service, towing capability, thorough explanation of the diagnosis and repair.
I went for a oil change and tire rotation and it took an hour and 45 minutes. Never have I had to wait that long for that service any where especially with an appointment. I will not be a return customer!!
Came to our rescue when we had a tire blowout on the highway. They were there very quickly, and were very efficient at getting us to a place that could get us back on the road. Thanks again!
15 years ago when my daughter had car troubles Adams Automotive was always so helpful getting the repairs done and creating a a situation that was less stressful. Even though we live outside their service area l would recommend them to any one living in the Eau Claire area.
I’m a college student at the university, who doesn’t know much about cars. I have been to Adams a few times since I got my car for a few different reasons, and they always make sure that I know what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Along with that, they get it done in a timely manner and are nothing but nice to me. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Eau Claire area!

Not impressed with our 3 hour oil change! We were scheduled for 12:30 & it wasn’t done until 3:20. Didn’t have the oil filter in-stock & it took them an hour to get one. Really!!! Terrible customer service�.
Thank you for the prompt response to my service call Jan 20 at the Airport Shuttle parking lot. It was about 30 minutes from the time I called AAA until the driver arrived. Chris from your shop called in the morning, gave me a price and said he thought they could get repair done before closing. I wasn't aware you were open on Sunday. He called when the work was done and I got the car before you closed at 6.
