The customer service here is top-notch. I rented a drum sander and an edging sander, and I made a reservation at the wrong location. They easily moved it to a closer one for me. Home Depot wanted a $300 deposit per machine, but Arapahoe rentals did not require a deposit just a drivers license. I had an issue with the equipment and they offered to bring one out and drop it off at the worksite And gave me a credit on my bill that I was more than content with. All of the crew is just fantastic!
Thanks to the entire staff at Arapahoe Rental! From the Lady that answered the phones, to helped getting us a trailer booked!! The guys at the counter and in the yard that helped get us hooked up and ready to roll!! Pickup and dropping off was simple!! Would rent equipment from them anytime and next time we are in need. Highly Recommend!!!
