You are only as strong as your weakest link. I bought my bike here. I get my bike worked on here. I buy merchandise here. I cannot say enough great things about Bill, the parts manager. He’s a master of his craft. But as I was saying, you’re only as strong as your weakest link and man is Jonny that weak link. Piss poor customer service, zero eye contact, and he makes you feel like a jerk for even asking a question.
As a Harley owners group member. I highly recommend this particular dealership. This is an extremely wonderful stop on wind therapy day. The staff members are welcoming and the environment is very pleasant overall.

Awesome place and definitely worth a visit! The staff here are absolutely incredible — super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to help us and made the whole experience even better. You can tell these guys really care about what they do and about their customers. Great atmosphere, great people, and an all-around fantastic Harley-Davidson location. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
